Building in rural environments gives you more flexibility with the panels.  You have less restrictions on where and how much you can build.

This is a farm house near Red Deer Alberta.

The view from these windows is a beautiful valley. This bungalow is on a SIP foundation that is mostly buried.

The result is a solid home that required little concrete, just enough for the footings.

The back wall on this house took 1 hour to do with a 4 man crew.  That means they placed a panel every 5 minutes!

Multi Family

We have a growing relationship with colonies in Alberta.  This is a 6000 Sq ft 3 unit multifamily dwelling.  It is heated by a single boiler in the south unit, and then there are micro boilers boosting water in the others.

And… yes there are stairs, they were added after this picture was taken.
