The view from these windows is a beautiful valley. This bungalow is on a SIP foundation that is mostly buried.
The result is a solid home that required little concrete, just enough for the footings.
The back wall on this house took 1 hour to do with a 4 man crew. That means they placed a panel every 5 minutes!
We have a growing relationship with colonies in Alberta. This is a 6000 Sq ft 3 unit multifamily dwelling. It is heated by a single boiler in the south unit, and then there are micro boilers boosting water in the others.
And… yes there are stairs, they were added after this picture was taken.
